1. Spreads. Mayonnaise (60 calories in 1 tablespoon), aiolis (around 60 calories in 1 tablespoon), pesto (45 calories in 1 tablespoon) and other sandwich spreads can pack a huge calorie punch, turning your otherwise healthy (and 300 or 400 calorie) turkey sandwich into a 800 calorie bomb.
